Rules & Content Policy

1. Licensed embeds only

Live DJ sets must be streamed through a licensed platform, such as the Twitch DJ Program or Mixcloud Live, and are embedded on DJ Fans Only from there. DJ Fans Only does not host DJ sets that contain other people's music.

2. Originals only for direct uploads

Anything uploaded directly to DJ Fans Only must be your own production, or material you have written permission to use.

3. No re-streamed video

Don't stream sports, music videos, films, TV, or any other video you don't own the rights to.

4. Music only, no adult content

DJ Fans Only is a music community. No nudity, sexual or explicit content, hate speech, or harassment. Paid features are for users 18+.

5. Payments

During the founding period, tip and subscribe buttons link to each DJ's own external pages, and DJs keep 100% of that income for their first 90 days. Any future platform fee will be announced in advance.

6. DMCA / copyright

We respect copyright and respond to valid notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. Send notices to our designated agent:

A notice should identify the copyrighted work, the material on DJ Fans Only you believe infringes it (with its URL), your contact information, a good-faith statement, a statement that the notice is accurate under penalty of perjury, and your signature. Counter-notices are accepted at the same address. We terminate accounts of repeat infringers.
